During any season of the year you would be hard pressed to find a day when the lawn at 2319 Lawndale is anything less than impeccable. The homeowners take great pride in their yard and the lush, carpet-like grass is always green and looks inviting. The Austin stone house is framed by perpetually green Holly and Oleander bushes which really distinguish the charm. The young Maple tree in the front yard is the icing on the cake and its annual growth improves the front lawn each year.

This yard is always immaculate. The design is simple but effective, complemented by the lions and potted shrubs on the front porch. The maintenance on this yard is such that a leaf would think twice about falling on it!

This is the house that broke the trend of Barberry dominating yard of the month. There has been a lot of care and attention focused on landscaping the flower beds. The new shrubs add interest and the curved bed is very graceful.

This house always has a wonderful display of plants in the front bed. The mix of colors is always delightful and the variety of shapes in the plants enhance a great landscape that is pleasing to the eye year round.

This house has a beautiful curved bed with a row of coleus and purple salvia, and the back terrace of bushes help to define the lines of the house and garden. The two trees perfectly frame the landscaping and the grass is, as always, impeccable.
