Our Community

Stevens Park Village residents proudly tell people where they live. With the growth in North Oak Cliff neighborhoods, residents are no longer faced with the “Oh…Oak Cliff” stereotype. Independent business owners, families, professionals, singles, trades people and artisans, couples, even original residents still dwell in Stevens Park Village. We are a community that reaches out to our octogenarians with a helping hand, and to our new-comers with open arms. We are a community that proactively maintains safety among our homes and our surrounding area. We are a community that nurtures nature, focuses on architectural conservation and gets involved in local issues.  

The Stevens Park Village Neighborhood Association was formed in 1991, and keeps residents informed with our quarterly newsletter, our website, an on-line blog group for residents and quarterly neighborhood meetings. All residents are complimentary members of the Association, with only one requirement – being a resident or homeowner in SPV. Donations for the Association are accepted; and the Association holds fundraisers for projects focused on issues like beautification, safety and overall neighborhood enhancement.
